Family Recipes

Growing up in an Italian family, food means love and there was an abundance of both! My mom's side is Italian and there was plenty to go around. My mom's maiden name is DiNatale, which actually means Christmas in Italian. I have the best memories of cooking with my grandparents and remember making gnocchi on the famous DiNatale board, which my brother now has. I also remember helping my grandparents can tomatoes and other deliciousness picked from their bountiful garden. Here you will find photos and family recipes, best I can decipher. Measuring was not a big "thing" in their Italian home. Feast your eyes and I hope you dwelve into the DiNatale recipes. And if you do, please share your pics and experiences! I would love to hear.
